1. Definitions

In the agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Access Codes: Refers to the email and password provided by the Client for accessing the Company’s electronic systems.

  • Account Activity: Includes account details such as executed transactions, confirmations of trades, swap interest credits/debits, cash balance, account equity, used margin ratio, total realized and unrealized profit and loss, and the remaining amount available for trading.

  • Account Application: Refers to the application form completed by the Customer through the Website or provided in hard-copy form to open an Individual, Joint, or Business Trading Account.

  • Adviser: An algorithm in the form of a program based on MT4, used to control a Trading Account and give instructions and requests to the Server via the Client Terminal.


2. Communication

2.1. The transmission of reports, statements, notices, and other communications will be made available electronically via Axis World Wide Trading Platform or transmitted via email or sent to the mailing address listed in the application.

2.2. The Customer expressly invites Axis World Wide to make direct contact for marketing purposes and agrees to such communications via telephone, facsimile, or other means.



3. Relationship Between the Company and the Client

3.1. The Company reserves the right to use third qualified persons for mediating in the execution of orders and the conclusion of transactions for the Client.

3.2. The Company takes measures to anticipate or solve conflicts of interest between itself, associated persons, and clients but draws attention to the possibility of conflicts.
